1. Why am I not seeing pricing for the products?
We are a true wholesale company and we strive to protect our customers (those who buy to re-sell). We require proper documentation (resell certification numbers/tax ID numbers) in order to approve your account.
2. How do I know how much shipping will cost me?
Shipping is figured at checkout before payment. We use UPS for Small pack shipments up to about 600 lbs. For larger shipments we use LTL through common freight carriers. You are welcome to arrange shipping on large orders through your preferred carrier on your account if you wish.
3. The item I want is out of stock. Can I still order it and get it shipped when it is back in stock?
Yes you can. If you need a large order (quantities over what is normally stocked in the warehouse), Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you want. Be sure to include the sku (if known), Qty needed, and your best contact info so we can call you to confirm.
We have a new feature that will alert you once an item is back in stock. When you see that an item is out of stock, click the "Notify me when available" button. Be sure to enter the email address that you want and click the big blue button. You will receive an email when the item is back in stock.
4. Can I get custom packaging?
Custom packaging would fall under our Private Label program. We can do this but will need to jump on a call to go over the specifications and requirements with you. There are minimums and set up fees that may apply.
5. I would like to have custom knit socks made. Can you do this?
We can but we would need to discuss the parameters of your custom socks and make sure that we have the capability to do what you need. Send an email detailing what you want to email@example.com or give us a call and we will be glad to discuss your project.
6. I have a custom design that I want printed on socks. Can you do this?
We can print almost any design(with a few reservations). Contact us via phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can dive into what you need and we can discuss your requirements and quote your order for you.
7. Do you Drop Ship?
We do offer drop shipping direct to your customer for sales on your own web site. Once you are set up, you will just enter your orders and we can ship the order with only your company info on the label and packing slip. Tracking will be emailed to you to update your customer. Please know that we no longer support drop shipping for new vendors in the market places such as Amazon.com, Ebay, Etsy, Rakuten, etc. Please email us at email@example.com for more info on this program.
8. Can I get a spreadsheet with SKU's, Descriptions and Pricing to upload to my site?
We can provide this but again be aware of our restrictions on listing in marketplaces such as Amazon.com, Walmart Marketplaces, etc. You must have an approved account. Then simply email us with the request.
