I grew up in what is known as former Sock Capital of the World, Fort Payne AL. When I moved back home after serving in the Navy, I started selling socks to my co-workers at the chemical plant, where I worked at the time, to make a little extra money as a side hustle. What started as a simple plan to sell socks to help raise my family, has steadily grown into a successful business that has served customers as large as Walmart and as small as a single mother selling socks to supplement her income.
