Program Highlights
Specialty Yarns & Lead Time Considerations
The base program includes materials from our regular inventory (cotton, polyester, and spandex blends).
If your design requires specialty yarns (e.g., bamboo, merino, silver-infused, copper-based, etc.) or if supplier MOQs apply, we will quote additional material costs separately.
Specialty yarns may extend development timelines due to supplier lead times.
What’s Included
1. Dedicated design consultation
2. Yarn sourcing from standard blends
3. Technical programming of the sock design
4. Use of our production machines
5. Up to two rounds of sampling (2 samples total)
Revision Policy
$100 per revision round after the initial sample
Covers minor adjustments to the original design only (e.g., sizing, stretch, density, or color)
Substantial changes in design, material, or sock type are treated as a new development and quoted separately
Custom Development Fee
$250 (non-refundable) — This fee helps offset the costs of early consultation, machine programming, yarn sourcing, and prototype production.
Covers up to 2 sample pairs using standard yarns.
The $250 fee is credited back to you upon placement of your first production order.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
Every custom project is unique, and so are the minimums. While we do our best to accommodate small runs — especially for startups and emerging brands — minimum order quantities ultimately depend on a variety of factors, including:
• Yarn availability and supplier-imposed minimums
• Machine time, setup complexity, and run requirements from our knitters
• The level of customization required (materials, sizing, construction, etc.)
Because of this, we do not set a standard MOQ up front. Instead, we’ll review your specs during the consultation and provide an MOQ based on what your specific project requires. Our goal is to work with you where you are — whether you're launching your first run or scaling an existing product.
