We do offer a “Blind Drop Ship” program where we will ship your order direct to your customer with only your information on the label.
How To Get Set Up
Simply apply for a wholesale account and state that you would like to be set up either as an on line drop ship customer (selling through a web site on the internet) or a regular drop ship customer (selling by means other that a Web Store). Once approved you will be contacted by a customer service manager who will then help you in getting everything that you need finish setting up your account. On line drop ship customers will be required to purchase an Order Manager Plug in that you will need your programmer to put in your web store. This allows for seamless automation between your on line store and our fulfillment department.
Regular drop ship customers will place your orders through our web store at www.sockswholesale.com and indicate that the order is to be blind drop shipped with the end customer address as the ship to address.
Drop Ship Minimums
Once you are set up as a drop ship customer, The minimums would be the same as our retail minimums (usually 1 dozen of a particular item). You would pay the full wholesale fate for the particular item and shipping cost.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. We use a multi-check system and advanced technology in processing your order to reduce errors and expedite delivery. In the case of the rare out of stock occurrence, you will be notified via email and/or phone to the contact info that you entered in your account registration.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping options are chosen during your checkout. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may check the status of your order at your leisure through the UPS website or Google (just copy and paste the number into the search field). If there is a situation during shipment, that will delay the arrival of your package, you will be notified from UPS Quantum View.
We accept Most major Credit Cards except AMEX. We also accept payments via PAYPAL. You can make payments to our PayPal account using firstname.lastname@example.org.

We Do Not Sell or Give away Customer Information, period. Your information is processed through 1024 bit encryption to protect against hackers, etc. The checkout process is totally secure. If you have any questions concerning your security on our site please call at 1-866-61SOCKS.
If you lose or forget your user ID or password, Use the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” feature. The info will be emailed to you at the address on file. Please ensure that your spam filter is set to allow our emails to come through. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam filter.
Items can be returned and replaced for quality issues within 10 days of receipt. Orders in which the Wrong Size, Color or Style, etc was ordered can be returned, unopened, at the customers expense. In the case of rush orders, You must allow ample time for the processing and shipment of your order.
