How to Order
Placing an order with us is very simple. Begin by creating your account. Do this by clicking on "My Account" and then click "Create an Account". This will bring up a series of boxes for you to fill out. Complete all the information (you must enter your VAT Number/Tax ID to see Wholesale Pricing)and click "continue".
If you are located in Alabama, We must have a copy of your State resellers certificate on file. You can email or fax it to us at 256-585-6026.
You Must add our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your contact list to prevent our emails from getting caught up in your spam filter.

Most of our items have a minimum order of 12 pair (aka 1 dozen). On most of our products there is a volume discount when you order 15 dozen or more.
Once your checkout is complete, Your order will then be sent to our system for processing. You will receive email notifications on the status of your order as it goes through processing and upon shipment.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. We use a multi-check system and advanced technology in processing your order to reduce errors and expedite delivery. In the case of the rare out of stock occurrence, you will be notified via email and/or phone to the contact info that you entered in your account registration. (Check your Spam Filter if you do not recieve our emails!)
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Freight, or USPS unless expedited shipping options are chosen during your checkout. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may check the status of your order at your leisure through the UPS website or Google (just copy and paste the number into the search field). If there is a situation during shipment, that will delay the arrival of your package, you will be notified from UPS Quantum View. Please check your SPAM filter if you do not recieve an email!
We accept Most major Credit Cards (except American Express) and PAYPAL. You can make payments to our PayPal account using email@example.com.
We Do Not Sell or Give away Customer Information, period. Your information is processed through 1024 bit encryption to protect against hackers, etc. The checkout process is totally secure. If you have any questions concerning your security on our site please call at 1-866-61SOCKS.
If you Loose or Forget your User ID or Password, Use the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” feature. (You must be sure to add our email address to your contact list to prevent your spam filter from catching our emails!) The info will be emailed to you at the address on file. Please ensure that your spam filter is set to allow our emails to come through. If you don't see the email in your inbox, Please check your Spam Filter.Please double check your spam filter to be sure it is not preventing you from recieving our emails and enter firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact in your contact list to prevent trouble. If you still have trouble call or send us an email and we will help you get it straightend out.
Items can be returned and replaced for quality issues within 10 days of receipt. Orders in which the Wrong Size, Color or Style, etc was ordered can be returned at the customers expense. In the case of rush orders, You must allow ample time for the processing and shipment of your order.
